So obama wants to be a CEO…..

JUST SAY NO!

“The administration official [aka anonymous obama frontman who leaks to the AP] presented Obama as the CEO of an operation who should have more power to influence how it is designed. According to the White House, presidents held such a reorganizational authority for about 50 years until it ran out during Reagan’s presidency in 1984. “

…..

Obama’s first project would be to combine six major operations of the government that focus on business and trade.

They are: the Commerce Department’s core business and trade functions; the Small Business Administration; the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative; the Export-Import Bank; the Overseas Private Investment Corporation; and the Trade and Development Agency. The goal would be one agency designed to help businesses thrive.

The official said 1,000 to 2,000 jobs would be cut, but the administration would do so through attrition.

First thing I noticed was all the listed agencies have to do with trade, except the Small Business Association.  What does he want to do with the SMA and why? Note:  He made sure he did not approve the pipeline, which would according to all accounts,  create thousands of jobs and at the same time provide us with desperately needed oil.  IF he really wanted to “in source jobs” as he claims, he could have promoted that.

Congress:  DO NOTHING!  It’s a trick of some kind.  Looks like to me that he wants to create yet another agency.  When you consolidate, you merge into other agencies, not create another one.  He wants more power,  Guess he doesn’t know how to be president, so he wants to try a CEO.
