Unless Abdul Rauf and others of the Cordoba Initiative are willing to dedicate this building as a memorial to the dead of 9/11, a Wall of Tears as a perpetual apology to America, and include a large statute of Christ on the Cross, and an equal sized statute of Moses holding the tablets containing the Ten Commandments, this project should be stopped. In this way they could demonstrate their commitment to diversity and tolerance and peace, as well as sorrow for what happened.

Well we know what’s going to happen now, The Religion of Peace won’t give any infidels or their religion any physical space…just ask Israel 🙂
They are testing, we are coming up on the 9th anniversary of 9/11. This guy wants to see what the social climate is for their agenda – 9/11 really interrupted their plans to come in under the radar. 9/11 threw a spotlight on their plans for this country.

Some say it’s only a sign of conquest on their part.
Diversity and tolerance goes both ways. A nice large manger scene would go a long way….with a mural in the background.of Moses parting the Red Sea for the Israelites on their way to the Promised Land.

Disagree for the reason that, as a Southern Baptist pastor, I want my 1st Amendment freedom of religion. And although there are risks, if I am to have it, then I must want it for others in our country as well

It’s location, location, location. Having a mosque at another location will not threaten freedom of religion in any way whatsoever.
There are zoning policies in every city. Schools cannot be built in certain locations. The city has to approve if and where an apartment building or condominiums or churches are built.
It is not an issue of freedom of religion, as no one is saying they cannot worship. Just PUT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Show some respect.

Bella O/T but which movie will you watch this summer Inception or Get Low?
Mike Huckabee interviews Robert Duvall, and he speaks about Sarah Palin among other topics. Mr Duvall sometimes other women are the biggest obstical for women, He uses Peggy Noonan as an example. It’s a very good interview and it’s nice to get a man’s perspective. Contrast Mr Duvall’s interview to the main actors of “Inception” what a difference it makes listening to a professional actor. Robert Duvall Saves Summer Movie Seasons. Inception actors apparently can’t practice what they preach.

Bella, they won’t say where the funding is coming from? the 100 million to build the mosque, why because the money is coming from Iran?
They can’t keep it a secret someone is going to research find out and it’s going to be all over the internet and eventually even the MSM won’t be able to ignore the lack of disclosure on their backers.

It’s in the hands of the officials of NYC. They do not have to approve this. I wonder if they will require the full disclosure? If they don’t find out before the deed is done, it will be too late and it won’t matter.
